The Bidwell is a luxury hotel in downtown Portland offering guests easy access to the city’s shopping, dining, and top attractions. Our High Horse restaurant and bar features an elevated selection of regionally inspired food and drinks where our guests can relax and recharge or they can unwind at our exclusive M Club lounge. Our hotel has thoughtful, eco-conscious decor and amenities throughout.
Supervises front office staff ensuring an efficient operation producing excellent results for our customers. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
Education/Formal Training
High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience
1 or more full years employment experience in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
