The Sage investment intern works closely with all members of the Investment team to support our growth strategy and day to day investment management process.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in compiling, reviewing, and researching key data that will contribute to the underwriting of hotel real estate.
· Produce and maintain collateral materials for presentations.
· Maintain information in all data bases.
· Provide miscellaneous ad-hoc analytic support as needed by the investment team.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
· All other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
Education/Formal Training
Pursuing BA/BS degree in Hotel Administration and/or Real Estate Finance.
Experience
Work experience or internship in hospitality finance, real estate, or hotel operations preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
· Strong business writing skills.
· Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time wisely to meet deadlines.
· Ability to work independently while also maintaining rapport with other team members.
· Strong organizational skills.
