The Hotel Zags is situated in downtown Portland’s Business district, one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. We’re truly close to everywhere you want to be — from delicious dining to hip shopping hot spots to cultural attractions. Most are within walking distance, but we’re also just steps from the MAX light rail if you’d like to venture a bit further afield. Want to explore on your own? Then just stop into our Gear Shed and grab one of our bicycles, or boards for cruising the city. You can even borrow one of our rental cameras and document your trip in style.
As the only Portland hotel to receive the AAA Best of Housekeeping award, we’re proud to offer some of the best rooms and suites around. Here you’ll enjoy home-like comfort, bespoke furnishings, and exceptional amenities. Each room is unique, sporting a bright color palette, impeccable design, and panoramic views of either our garden courtyard or the city. Pillow-top beds beckon at bedtime, HDTVs and mini-fridges keep you entertained and refreshed, and all-natural bath products revitalize each morning.
