Why This Role Matters

Our Home Office supports every corner of Sage. Through compliance, connection, and care, you’ll serve as the team’s advocate within our people operations and a culture champion. Your work will help us scale what works, fix what doesn’t, and elevate the programs that keep our people at the center.

The Opportunity

The Director of People & Culture at our Denver Home Office has a critical role responsible for driving excellence across associate relations, legal compliance, onboarding, offboarding, recognition, and culture. You’ll be the heartbeat of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that our people leaders are supported, our systems are compliant, and our team members feel seen, heard, and celebrated.

This isn’t traditional P&C work; it’s human-centered, high-impact, and deeply connected to how we grow Sage with purpose and integrity.

Job Overview

In this position you’ll lead associate relations, policy, onboarding/offboarding, and people-centered culture strategies, all while ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
