We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee Brass Poppy, Café 605, and additional dining outlets within Hotel Van Zandt. This role is responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong hospitality instincts, proven business acumen, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Education/Formal Training
More than two years of post-secondary education; hospitality degree preferred.
Experience
Two to three full years of progressive leadership in food & beverage or hospitality operations; multi-outlet management a plus. TABC and Manager Food Safety certification required.
