Under general supervision, provides porter services to hotel guests and ensures their satisfaction and comfort by promptly and courteously responding to guest requests. Oversee and act as a lead to the Bell/Valet staff ensuring highest levels of guest satisfactions and flow of procedures.
Education/Formal Training
High School diploma or equivalent. Must have a current valid Driver’s License.
Experience
At least two years in the hotel industry.
