We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to support our growing team through this transformative journey. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in associate engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations—helping to create an inspiring, inclusive workplace where every associate feels valued and empowered. To assist in the overall operation of the Human Resources function by maintaining accurate associate records. To provide support in the areas of employment, benefit administration, associate relations and training. Coordinate, administer and report on various human resource programs, system and procedures to aid in the attraction, retention and motivation of associates in accordance with policies, procedures and government laws and regulations. Daily administration of various benefit, government and associate relations programs. Recommends procedural/process changes.
Education/Formal Training
Associates or Bachelors degree in HRM or related field or equivalent education. Experience preferred.
Experience
Minimum of one year hotel or human resource related work experience preferred
