The Bartender is responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and delivering polished, attentive service in a luxury dining environment. The bartender plays a central role in shaping the guest experience by combining technical skill, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality to create moments that feel both refined and welcoming.
This position is expected to engage guests with confidence and warmth, provide thoughtful recommendations, and execute cocktails and beverages with consistency and precision. The Bartender upholds the highest standards of service and presentation while contributing to an atmosphere where families, friends, and first-time guests alike feel comfortable, valued, and at home.
Education/Formal Training
Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified
Experience
6 months bartending
Knowledge/Skills
Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
