The Ben West Palm, Autograph Collection invites you to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida, in partnership with Sage Hospitality Group.

At The Ben, luxury is intentional, style carries substance, and every detail matters. Set along the Intracoastal Waterway in the heart of West Palm Beach, The Ben is a destination where elevated experiences are thoughtfully crafted through exceptional service, refined design, and operational excellence behind the scenes.

For professionals in engineering and maintenance leadership, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in preserving and enhancing one of South Florida’s most distinctive luxury hospitality experiences. Here, maintenance is more than repairs and routine operations—it is about creating a seamless environment where guests experience comfort, reliability, and excellence at every touchpoint.

The Maintenance Engineering Tech is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and team members. This role performs preventive maintenance, responds to work orders, and assists with repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The position requires troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Overlooking the marina and the Intracoastal Waterway, The Ben features sophisticated event spaces, luxury accommodations, rooftop experiences at Spruzzo, elevated dining at Proper Grit, and high-volume guest operations that demand exceptional attention to detail and facility performance.

As part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection and operated by Sage Hospitality Group, The Ben embraces individuality, creativity, and thoughtful hospitality inspired by the legacy of Byrd “Birdie” Dewey and the historic Ben Trovato Estate—creating an experience that is, unmistakably, “Exactly Like Nothing Else.”

For a maintenance and engineering leader, this is more than a position—it is an opportunity to contribute to the continued evolution of a premier luxury destination while leading a team dedicated to excellence, safety, and unforgettable guest experiences.
