You will support daily receiving operations by inspecting deliveries, verifying orders, maintaining records, and ensuring goods are stored properly and efficiently. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing all deliveries for the hotel while ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper documentation. This role works closely with purchasing, culinary, food and beverage, and other departments to maintain inventory standards and support daily operations. The Receiving Clerk verifies shipments against purchase orders, ensures products meet quality specifications, organizes storage areas, and maintains accurate records of incoming goods. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to supporting a seamless guest and associate experience.
Education/Formal Training
High school diploma or vocational secretarial.
Experience
Previous sales, hospitality, and secretarial experience preferred.
