At The Ben, West Palm Beach, every corner tells a story, inspired by the legacy of Byrd "Birdie" Dewey and her iconic Ben Trovato estate. That spirit of creativity, elegance, and individuality carries through everything we do, shaping a hospitality experience that feels Exactly Like Nothing Else. From The Ben to its rooftop above the city, every space is designed to create meaningful moments for every guest who walks through our doors.

At Spruzzo, perched above West Palm Beach with sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway, every shift unfolds against a backdrop of sunlit afternoons and vibrant evenings. Spruzzo is more than a rooftop lounge. It is a destination where atmosphere, energy, and service come together to create unforgettable moments.

As a Rooftop Server, you are at the center of that experience. You guide guests through their visit with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality, ensuring each table feels cared for from the first greeting to the final farewell. Whether recommending a signature cocktail, timing service with precision, or anticipating a guest’s needs before they ask, you bring intention to every interaction.

This role is about more than taking orders and delivering food and beverages. It is about reading the rhythm of the rooftop, creating seamless service in a high-energy environment, and helping guests fully immerse themselves in the Spruzzo experience. Every detail matters, from presentation to pacing to the way each moment feels effortless and refined.
