The Front Desk Supervisor supports the front office team in delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience while ensuring efficient daily operations. This role leads beside the team, providing guidance, support, and hands-on assistance during arrivals, departures, in-house guest needs, and high-volume moments. With strong multitasking skills and a polished, professional presence, the Front Desk Supervisor responds to guest and associate needs with care, accuracy, and urgency. This position also supports inquiries related to reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns while helping create personalized, luxury service experiences that reflect the spirit of Hotel Clio.
Education/Formal Training
High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience
1 or more full years employment experience in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
