The Ladies & Gentlemen in In-Room Dining are dedicated to creating personalized and memorable dining experiences in the comfort and privacy of our guests’ rooms. As an In-Room Dining Server, you will provide attentive, professional and discreet food and beverage service while anticipating the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests. You will accurately deliver and present orders, explain menu selections when appropriate, ensure each detail of the dining experience is executed flawlessly, and respond to guest requests with genuine care and professionalism. Through your knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to personalized service, you will create an effortless dining experience that exceeds expectations and builds lasting relationships with our guests.

Responsible for set-up, delivery, and retrieval of food and beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites while ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of company standards and profit maximization.
Education/Formal Training
High school education or equivalent.
Experience
Previous experience in similar position of 6 months or longer.
