Lead the care, upkeep, and future of our hotel as Director of Engineering. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll keep our building, equipment, grounds, and behind-the-scenes operations running safely, smoothly, and beautifully—creating an exceptional experience for guests and associates alike.
You’ll oversee day-to-day engineering operations, build and lead emergency preparedness programs, and ensure the hotel remains compliant with brand standards and all applicable codes and regulations. From preventative maintenance and landscaping to capital projects and long-term planning, you’ll help protect the asset, control expenses, and make thoughtful investments in the property’s future.
As a member of the Executive Committee, you’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused perspective to the hotel’s leadership team while managing departmental budgets, recommending capital expenditures, and supporting an elevated guest experience at every turn.
Education/Formal Training
More than two years of post high school education
Experience
Experience required by position is from four to five years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
