At The Ben, West Palm Beach, every corner tells a story, and every guest interaction creates a memorable experience. Inspired by the legacy of Byrd "Birdie" Dewey and her iconic Ben Trovato estate, our Autograph Collection hotel blends modern luxury with creativity, sophistication, and a spirit of individuality that feels Exactly Like Nothing Else.
As a Night Auditor at The Ben, you are the overnight guardian of our hotel's operations, the master strategist who balances the day’s accounts and prepares the property for a seamless tomorrow. While the hotel rests, you work behind the scenes to turn complex late-night financial activity into a harmonized standard of accuracy and quiet, elevated luxury.
In the Night Auditor position, you act as the bridge between overnight guests, Late Arrival arrivals, Housekeeping, and Morning Operations. Whether you are running end-of-day financial reports, resolving late-night guest inquiries, auditing daily transactions, or managing overnight guest arrivals, your sharp organization and calm efficiency power the hotel forward. Through meticulous attention to detail and clear communication, you ensure the property transitions smoothly into the new day while upholding The Ben’s reputation for outstanding hospitality.
