The Assistant Front Desk Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Front Desk and acts as the main contact for guests and other hotel departments. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current state license and required insurance.

Pool attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of pool guests, as well as handing out towels and ensuring that guests adhere to all safety rules. Pool attendants are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the area surrounding the pool, gathering and cleaning towels, greeting guests, and answering any questions.
